Responsibilities

Position Overview:

 

Location: Radiologic Technologist
Position Status: Non-Exempt – PRN/Flex

Location: Crookston

Schedule: Monday – Friday (as needed)

Pay Range: $29.92 - $41.90 /per hour (DOE - based on experience)

 

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Radiologic Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team in a flex/on-call capacity. This position is perfect for someone who is looking for occasional work and can help cover staffing needs due to vacations, PTO, short staffing, weekends, or holiday coverage. While hours are not guaranteed, your support will be critical in ensuring continuity of patient care.

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
  • Operate imaging equipment safely and efficiently while ensuring optimal image quality.
  • Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
  • Accurately document patient history and maintain proper imaging records.
  • Follow radiation safety guidelines and infection control procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and team members.
  • Be available for flexible scheduling including weekends, holidays, or last-minute coverage needs.
  • Uphold a patient-centered care approach and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

  • Availability to be contacted for short-notice or scheduled coverage needs.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • ARRT (R) certification.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

 

Preferred(s):

  • 1+ years’ experience in a hospital or clinical setting
  • 1+ years of CT experience
