RiverView Health operates a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital, RiverView Recovery Center; a chemical dependency outpatient treatment program, RiverView Home Care and five primary care and specialty clinics in the hospitals service area.

Riverview Health Inpatient and Emergency Department are currently looking for interested LPNs in RN school to join our team or RNs. This is a straight night position that will pay a shift differential of $3.50/hr above your base pay. We are willing to work around your school schedule to ensure you successfully complete the RN program. Upon passing RN boards, you will be guaranteed a position with the team.
Starting wage is dependent on experience. While on the team we will train you to Med. Surg. and then staff specialize either into OB, ICU and now even ER. On days the nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4 and nights 1:5 (which is not the case in most facilities). We offer competitive wages and benefits. We also offer incentives for picking up extra shifts Monday-Thursday an extra $12/hr. and Friday-Sunday an extra $18/hr.
