RiverView Health has an opening for a part-time (32 hours every 2 weeks) Case Management & Education RN. This position will work in case management which includes but is not limited to utilization review, discharge planning (home infusions, wound vacs, nursing placement, home health etc.). This position will also be a EPIC super uses/trainer and will assist with teaching new employee orientation. This position will support/lead process improvement project, policy updates and audits.
This position will be scheduled every other Monday and Friday for 8 hour shifts from 8 am - 4:30 pm. Additionally the position will work one additional day each week which can be flexible.
A laptop will be provided for off-site work as deemed necessary and while at work.
This position will flex up in hours as necessary based on departments needs, which incentive pay will be eligible above their status worked. This will be worked out between the employee and the Director. The position does have a counterpart RN that works full-time in the department in Case Management.
This position may be split with another position within Riverview Health to fulfill a full-time position if desired.Salary range is $36.52 - $51.14 and starting wage is dependent on experience.
