RiverView Health operates a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital, RiverView Recovery Center; a chemical dependency outpatient treatment program, RiverView Home Care and five primary care and specialty clinics in the hospitals service area.

Responsibilities

RiverView Health has a part-time (48 hours every two weeks) Radiologic Technologist position open. This position would be shared between our East Grand Forks Clinic location and our Fertile Clinic location. This position will work every Monday afternoon and all day Wednesday in East Grand Forks and all day Thursday and Friday morning in Fertile, subject to change as provider’s schedules may change. The position requires working an every third weekend rotation in Crookston. Duties include any and all diagnostic imaging exams ordered in a clinic or hospital setting. The position will perform supportive laboratory functions, coordinate specimen collection activities, prepare specimens for laboratory testing and perform screening procedures. In addition to tasks listed the position will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients, labeling samples correctly, and processing specimens prior to testing and analysis. Will also be required to perform waived testing per CLIA standards.  Starting wage is based on previous work experience. Salary range is $26.45 - $37.03 and starting wage is dependent on experience. 

Qualifications

  • Required: To be a graduate from an approved/accredited school for Radiologic Technology.
  • Required to be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R)
  • Required to be American Heart CPR certified. If certification is not current training will be provided and certification must be obtained within 4 months from date of hire or employment will be terminated. 
  • Radiology experience is preferred.
  • Ability to cross train into CT is preferred.
