RiverView Health, is a community owned, membership based non-profit organization that was formed in 1898 and continues to be the sole community hospital in Crookston, MN.

 

RiverView Health operates a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital, RiverView Recovery Center; a chemical dependency outpatient treatment program, RiverView Home Care and five primary care and specialty clinics in the hospitals service area.

Responsibilities

RiverView Health has an opening for a full-time (64 to 80 hours every 2 weeks) Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist is a clinically competent, licensed, professional of his/her discipline who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients through the process of evaluation, ongoing assessment, treatment planning, implementation of therapy interventions along with discharge planning and patient/family education. The Physical Therapist will work with people of all ages from pediatric to geriatric patients. Assistance in maintenance of therapy equipment, tools, supplies and inventory is expected. Settings may include inpatient care, skilled nursing facility, sub-acute care and outpatient care. Position does include working a weekend and holiday rotation. Salary range is $35.10 - $49.15 and starting wage is dependent on experience. 

Qualifications

  • Current State of Minnesota license in Physical Therapy, which must be in good standing is required. 
  • Master or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is required. 
  • Current American Heart BLS certification is required. If not current training will be provided and certification must be obtained within 3 months from the date of hire or employment will be terminated.
